Boss Barrels Henry Supreme Direct Replacement Barrel
The lever action has earned its place in American shooting history. Now it deserves a barrel built to match its legacy.
Every Boss Barrel begins as a fully stress relieved, air gauged 416R stainless steel blank — precision turned on industry leading CNC equipment, entirely in-house. No outsourcing. No shortcuts. Just uncompromising quality from raw material to finished barrel.
Each barrel is reinforced with aerospace grade carbon fiber using our proprietary multi-step carbon fiber wrapping process and thermally conductive material blends. The result is a barrel that brings modern precision to a timeless platform — delivering a fraction of the weight of traditional steel contours without sacrificing an ounce of strength, rigidity, or accuracy.
Every Boss Barrel ships with a SUB-MOA accuracy guarantee. That's not a marketing claim — it's a standard we machine to, every single time.
A direct replacement for the Henry Supreme, this barrel fits both factory and aftermarket furniture right out of the box — no modifications required.
Installation Note: The factory Henry barrel replacement process can be challenging. We strongly recommend having a qualified gunsmith perform the barrel swap to ensure proper fit and function.
Looking to make future barrel swaps faster and easier? We Include this barrel with our Boss Barrels Henry Supreme Replacement Barrel Nut — designed specifically for quick, hassle-free swaps down the road.
