At its heart lies a patent-pending quad bar linkage and slider crank mechanism that propels the already famously smooth Henry action to new heights. This action drives a bolt with a multi-lug rotating face for positive lockup, extraction, and ejection. Thanks to the internal hammer design, all moving parts are sealed off from the elements when the action is closed to keep out dust, dirt, and debris and keep the rifle running like a top while it’s by your side out in the field.
Innovation continues with the ambidextrous controls, including the tang safety switch and patent-pending magazine release. Reaching your thumb up to decock the hammer is second nature to those with prior experience with the Henry product catalog, so the safety switch’s location ensures you don’t have to teach an old dog new tricks.
Out of the box, the Supreme includes a Magpul® PMAG® For those who favor less reloading at the range, additional capacity is available using MSR-style magazines. While the factory barrel removal can present a technical challenge requiring careful expertise, we strongly recommend engaging a qualified gunsmith for this step. Alternatively, simply send your rifle to us, and our skilled team will handle the entire conversion process with meticulous attention to detail.
Once the original barrel is replaced with one of our premium match-grade barrels, subsequent caliber changes and barrel swaps become remarkably straightforward and easy.
